You can not edit the host & attendance page unless you are logged in and you can not see the Group Reports page unless you are logged in.  If you are not logged in and need to be, there are several ways to log in.

1. Click the “more” section a the top right of the page 1.

   

2. Goto notion.so and goto the login page.] 1.

   

3. Donwload and use the Notion App in Windows, Mac, iSO, or Android 1.

   

If you are logged in and can’t make edits to a page where you have editing permissions, make sure the page is not locked.

TO EDIT/INPUT ATTENDANCE:

1. After making sure you are logged in, goto the Hosts Schedules & Attendance page. 1.

   

2. Either:

   1. In Calendar view

      1. on the appropriate date, click on the name card. 1.

         

      2. When card opens, select “online attendance” field and input number

• Close card (no need to save)

1. In Table vies

   

   1. Goto appropriate date

   2. Enter number into “online attendance” field 1.

      

2. To Change between views, select view type here 1.
